Our Coconut Lane Residence is a custom 5,000 square foot home which sites on over an acre of land. The house contains 4 on-suite bedrooms with a huge office fit for the 2 doctors whom will be occupying this home. The 'kids' room contains a cute built-in reading nook, which doubles as a bed perfect for sleepovers!

The front of the home features a grand gorgeous circle driveway. Our client's wanted a contemporary white Spanish style home with a gorgeous exterior. We paid special attention to detail not only on the front of the home but the rear as well, as it features a cozy arched patio area perfect for an icy cold drink on a hot South Florida day!

The interior of the home is breathtaking with lots of natural light. The subtle yet dramatic 12 foot ceilings offer just the right amount of intimacy and a good height that's not too overwhelming.
