RENEE A. WEBLEY, ARCHITECT

Renée A. Webley, a Miami native of Jamaican and Colombian descent, is a Registered Architect, Licensed Interior Designer, and LEED Accredited Professional with over 18 years of experience in the architecture & design industry. Ms. Webley obtained her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida with a specialization and certification in Sustainable Design, along with a Bachelor's of Design in Architecture with a minor in Business Administration. Renée has a natural passion for Architecture and a keen eye for interior design.

Renée is the Principal Architect and Owner of RAW Architecture + Design and is proud to be a rarity in her profession; as only 0.3% of licensed Architects in the US are Black Women. Staying persistent in her goals Renée established RAW Architecture + Design in 2011 after noticing a need in the architecture and construction industry for specialized consultants and independent contractors. Since then RAW Architecture + Design has grown from a consulting firm to providing full professional architecture, engineering, and interior design services, and has recently rebranded as RAW Architecture + Design.

Ms. Webley is a nationally certified and licensed Architect with registrations in the states of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New York and Texas. She also holds a Florida Interior Designer License and is an experienced LEED Accredited Professional.

RAW Architecture + Design offers Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Design/Build, and Project Management services for the residential and commercial markets. RAW’s project portfolio includes new construction homes, residential additions, renovations, commercial interior build-outs, drug treatment center renovations, exterior improvements, retail design, restaurant/hospitality design, LEED & Green Building certification, and project feasibility studies. RAW Architecture + Design has worked on an array of projects throughout Florida, Texas, Indiana, Bahamas, and the US Virgin Islands; but welcomes projects anywhere in the world.

KIM LAM

Kim is a highly experienced Architectural Designer and Project Manager. With over 18 years of experience Kim has worked on an array of projects specializing in commercial, city, county, and government projects. Her project specialties include designing complex and detailed solutions for fire stations, public libraries, and city public buildings. Kim is also a University of Florida two time alumni with both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture.

JOHN ALLEN

John is one of our featured Building Designers with knowledge of custom luxury estates with a high attention to detail. John's projects are mainly found throughout Texas including many 10,000 to 15,000 square foot custom homes and properties. John has over 25 years of experience and is a registered and Certified Processional Building Designer.

JACQUELINE WEBLEY

Jacqueline is our Chief Financial Manager. Jacqui has over 30 years of experience in large retail and commercial property development, planning, accounting, and financial solutions. Jacqui works behind the scenes to assist with Financial affairs and business planning. Jacqui is from the beautiful island of Jamaica with a Bachelor's degree from London South Bank University.

JACKIE BLOSSOM

Jackie is a Junior Designer with exceptional graphic design skills, assisting in various project renderings and social media design campaigns. Jackie has a Master's Degree in Interior Architecture from Florida International University. She is a highly skilled interior designer with experience in retail design and custom design applications for commercial interior projects.

EVA LEE

Eva is a talented interior designer with a wealth of knowledge in space planning and interior finishes and materials. Eva assists in making product selections and providing instrumental research for the design process ensuring projects are complete with using the best materials available. She holds a degree in Interior Design from Palm Beach State College, where she was our Lead Architect's student turned intern and then eventually joined the RAW design team.

BATIA SANDOVAL

Batia joins the RAW team as one of our newest design assistants. While pursuing a degree in Architecture from the University of Miami, she also excels in business marketing and social media. Batia has a passion for design and is assisting the team with various design research tasks along with product and vendor selection assistance.
